1. Turn all the control handles to zero and ring a warning bell before starting.

3. When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift, or when lifting heavy objects with large loads at other times, the heavy objects should be put down after being lifted 0.2 meters from the ground to check the effect of the brake and then put into normal operation after meeting the requirements.

6. In case of improper lifting methods or possible dangers during lifting, the driver shall refuse lifting and put forward suggestions for improvement.
7. For cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, two hooks are not allowed to be used to lift two heavy objects at the same time. The hook head should be lifted to the limit position, and the hook head is not allowed to hang other auxiliary spreader.
8. When lifting heavy objects, lift them in the vertical direction. Do not drag or lift them at an Angle. Do not lift the hook when it is turning.
9. When approaching the end of the track, the large and small cars of the crane should be slowed down and approached at a slow speed to avoid frequent collision with the gearbox
10. The crane shall not collide with another crane. Only IF ONE CRANE IS OUT OF ORDER AND IS AWARE OF THE SURROUNDING CONDITIONS, SHOULD AN UNLOADED CRANE BE USED TO SLOWLY PUSH ANOTHER UNLOADED CRANE.
11. Heavy objects must not stay in the air for a long time. If there is a sudden power outage or a sharp drop in line voltage, the handle of each controller should be returned to zero as soon as possible, cut off the main switch (or total) in the distribution protection cabinet, and notify the crane workers. If the heavy object is suspended in the air due to sudden reasons, the driver and the heavy industry are not allowed to leave the post, to warn other personnel on the scene, not allowed to pass the danger zone.
